SIX months???

Mr. B,
You are acting like you are 6 months, jabbering, rolling over, trying to sit up, but can you really be that old?! The calendar says you are,..... so Happy 6 Months handsome boy (2-days late with this post anyway, sorry)!

You have two teeth already! You would not have known they popped through unless you look at your sweet big smile and see those little white specks on your gums. I hope the rest of your teeth are this easy on you.

You smile and laugh all the time.

You still seem to LOVE your big sister even though she torments you. One afternoon you were fussy for no apparent reason and we walk into Miss A's room to get her from her nap, surprise, surprise you stop fussing, smile, let out a belly laugh and your day just got that much better! (so did mine by the way)

You are rolling over like a champ. I can not leave you in the room by yourself for more than 30 seconds because you are already on the hard floor or into the tv cabinet or coffee table. So it begins.....

You are eating rice cereal like a champ. I am going to be starting the 'fun' foods soon and then it is no turning back, I think that is why I waited to start.

I love you handsome boy and can not wait to see what you accomplish the next 6 months.

30 seconds

That is the time it took for her to do this! I should be happy though because this is the first time she has messed with any of my yarn. I guess I need to find a way to make it not so inviting. =-)

Here are a few pictures of Miss A's newest accomplishment. She does not like to use her hands anymore. We have even been introducing the open cup and so far we have gotten away with only one splash in the hair/face/nose, etc... (I think she learned her lesson on that one!)

The sound of Joy

My favorite highlight of today- Enjoy!

*It looks like Mr. B is holding on for dear life in some of it, but still ALL smiles =-)

Winter Wonderland

This past weekend we received about 6 inches of snow which is unheard of for where we live in VA. What a calming and relaxing weekend because much of the town shut down. Great excuse to stay in PJ's all day! Also, a great excuse to dabble in the new programs that we installed on our computer this month. We finally upgraded our old programs on our Mac to the new ilife 09. I am loving playing around with all of the fun programs.

We had a couple requests for snow pictures from the family. I hope this video works for everyone, I had fun playing with the video/picture program.

While playing around with the new program I thought of Brad's sister-in-law, Becca, who has her own business capturing those special moments/memories and putting them on DVD to enjoy for a lifetime. She does wonderful work and if any of you would like to use her services, please check out her website and the work she has done.

What a great way to savor those memories of our children as we know how quickly they grow! She could help capture it in a virtual scrapbook for you......I am just saying!!

I love these kids

Some days might wear on me a little more than others, but really, with kids like these, how could I ever give up this job!?!

Miss A reading Mr. B Good Night Moon.

Enjoying a 45 degree sunny afternoon. (Snow in our forecast this weekend).

Enjoying some good old fashion floor time.

Who says you can not hire good help!

Ohh yeah, our other child, decided to break one of her toes while fracturing another, NO idea how that happened. (The cast lasted three days before she chewed it off!)

LOVE, LOVE this boy!

Our daily conversations....at least she knows what I am saying right?!? 'Ooops', her new favorite word, follows almost everything she does.
